What Is Chair Massage Technique?
These days in a highly stressed environment, chair massage technique is the perfect stress relief solution.
Seated chair massage technique is a 15 or 30 minute massage session delivered in an ergonomic massage chair through clothing without any oil or lotion. The chair massage is designed to relieve muscle tension in the head, neck, shoulders arms and back and can be performed right at the office.

Stress can cost organizations thousands of dollars a year in lost business and down time and lead to a higher staff turnover which in turn costs the organization more in precious resources. Medical professionals are now recognizing the link between stress and disease. Stress is the main cause of productivity decline in the workplace. Chronic pain, hypertension and headaches account for over half of all absences.
Research demonstrates the effectiveness of massage in reducing stress hormones and improving brain efficiency.
Today more businesses throughout the country are discovering what athletes have known for years: massage improves competitive performance.
Successful companies such as Ford Motor Company, American Airlines, AT&T, American Express, Bradley Allen & Assoc., State Defense agency and the Justice Department are all using on-site massage therapy as an advantage for peak performance. Nearly half the 103 Wild Oats grocery stores in North America offer massages, as do many of the high-end Whole Foods markets, the largest natural-foods chain in the U.S.
Businesses, even quite small ones, are discovering that massages make a cheap bonus, improve morale and encourage employees to work longer.
